Pick Your Hard...

It's a New Year and it's time to make a change. One of goals on my list is to lose weight. I have already started doing little things but I wanted to put this down in writing. This is my way of holding myself Responsible for the goals I am setting. I will do a update post on this every week or so to motivate myself to keep going. With that being said, let's see how this goes.

Day: 1

Weight: 190lb

Highlights: Getting started

Low points: The fact that I actually weigh that much.

Goals for this week: 1) Stop drinking soda. 2) Look into a Zumba class to get things started.
